WHAT: Dinner/Dance with live performance by professional musicians playing big band swing-era music. composed of members of the Blaine Jazz Festival Faculty, including Greg Hopkins on trumpet, Jim McFalls on trombone, Mike Allen on saxophone, Ted DeCorso on clarinet, and vocals by Greta Matassa.
The evening will include buffet dinner in a beautiful setting overlooking the greens at Loomis Trail, exhibition dancing by professional swing dancers, informal instruction and an optional dance competition among the guests, a silent auction and lots more fun than you've had since you were a kid in high school.
WHO: Sponsored by the Pacific Arts Association's Blaine Jazz Festival and by the Semiahmoo Ladies Club.
$25.00 includes buffet dinner and dancing.
(No-host bar) Open to adults, and those under 21 if accompanied by a parent. (Festival students will be attending Sound Liberation that evening on the Village Green in Fairhaven.)
TICKET INFO: Tickets must be purchased by Sunday, July 6 at noon. Tickets will be on sale to the public during registration for the Blaine Jazz Festival (Sunday, July 6, 3:00-4:30pm).
